This is a pivotal role for the success of the SMN Business Unit in the region. This individual is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding yearly sales quota for multiple teams and segments/countries. The role requires a strong blend of leaderships skills, data driven execution, ability to manage multiple complex stakeholder needs as well as drive vision and strategy for a rapidly expanding sales development team. The successful candidate will manage a team of around 6-7 people.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Develop and implement long-term Market Development strategies across multiple regions/segments geared toward developing greater market share and profitability. Set a clear vision and purpose for the team. Is a key contributor in the development of strategic and operating plans for Market Development. Plan and implement sales coverage models, compensation plans, incentives and initiatives to meet goals.

SKILLS:

  • 2.5+ years of successful B2B sales leadership experience
  • Experience selling to “C” level Executives
  • Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
  • A consultative, solution-based sales leadership methodology
