When one of the Big Four accounting firms came to the specialist consultancy experiencing billing issues, Rossera worked to deliver a global rollout of a billing solution with ProcessSense to configure end-to-end business processes, integrated with Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle E-business Suite. ProcessSense, a zero-code process automation product, leverages an organization’s Oracle Cloud data to enhance user experiences and drives greater self-service and automation within an organization.

Having completed the project in just over six months, Rossera’s solution enhanced the user experience, reduced operational costs and eliminated the need for several cloud services, which ultimately saved the firm on costs and resources.
