SAP reported a 11% year-on-year growth in cloud revenue for Q2 2020, despite a 1% decline in total revenue to €6.7bn and a 23% drop in operating profit, while increasing its S/4HANA customer base to over 17,000 and raising its 2021 outlook for cloud revenue growth to 15-18%.
