Unia, has selected the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to make its operations more efficient.
The digital transformation will allow Unia to standardize business processes across finance, HR and customer experience to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve its overall employee experience.
As Switzerland’s largest trade union, Unia wanted to manage its business processes to better support its workers and the needs of more than a million Swiss workers. It opted to replace its systems with Oracle Fusion Applications due to its ability to standardize core business processes on a single data platform.
With Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Unia can consolidate more than seven business systems to three using one enterprise-scale ERP application, helping to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve controls. Unia will also deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX), to enable data connection across marketing and service to drive more predictive member relationships and service models.
