With 30 years of experience in IT, Paul has spent the last 15 years in senior management roles, including serving on the boards of several companies. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the software and digital transformation space, having previously worked for Infor, Midland HR and Advanced.

In this new role for Embridge, Paul will work across the business to create client-focused strategies and programmes to support the delivery of exceptional experiences. Paul will also work closely with Emma O’Brien, CEO, and the rest of the senior management team to drive organizational vision, operational strategy and hiring needs to develop and enhance client success.

Speaking of his appointment, Paul said: “Embridge have been doing remarkable things in the ERP and digital transformation space, always putting the client first and succeeding where others have failed. With the plans and ambitions they have, as well as the talented, innovative and welcoming team, I’m thrilled to be joining the organization at such an exciting time in its development.”

Emma O’Brien, founder, and CEO at Embridge, added: “Our clients have always been front and centre for Embridge, so adding this role to our leadership team and Board is a natural evolution. If our clients succeed, then we succeed, and having someone with Paul’s experience coming into our business will provide huge support for the aggressive growth plans we have, so I am delighted he is now firmly on board.”
