Business transformation consultancy, Embridge Consulting, has been awarded a commendation for the Customer Hero award at the ERP Today Awards 2023.

The commendation was awarded for Embridge’s work with the Wiltshire Police and Wiltshire Pension Fund, showcasing the consultancy’s commitment to customer value and collaboration and demonstrating the creative possibilities within the transformation space.

Headquartered in Gravesham, Kent, and founded in 2009 by Emma O’Brien, Embridge Consulting aims to provide a tailored client experience, combining enterprise technology with experienced consultants to achieve substantial digital change.

Now in its third year, The ERP Today Awards and Fundraiser was established to recognize excellence across the enterprise technology industry, celebrating leadership, innovation and customer success within organizations of all sizes.

Winners of this year’s ERP Today Awards and Fundraiser were announced on September 14 at the Ascot Racecourse, where some of the biggest and brightest brands across the enterprise technology industry were treated to a day of celebrations, accompanied by a fundraiser that raised over £100,000 for the NHS.

Emma O’Brien, founder and CEO of Embridge Consulting, commented: “We place people at the heart of everything we do at Embridge, so it’s an absolute honor to have been commended for the Customer Hero Award. 2023 has been an exciting year for us, we’ve grown so much and had the opportunity to take on some brilliant projects across both the public and private sectors, so it’s fantastic to have all our efforts recognized with this commendation. The ERP Awards are always a blast and a great opportunity to support a good cause while seeing all the amazing work being done across the digital transformation and enterprise technology space.”

The commendation follows a period of sustained growth for the firm, which has seen them deliver 25 new digital change projects and secure eight new managed service clients, including AutoTrader and Brunel University, over the last 12 months.
