Former Workday co-CEO, Chano Fernandez has been appointed as co-CEO of Eightfold AI, effective January 2024.
Eightfold AI, an AI-powered talent intelligence company, assists organizations retain top performers, upskill and reskill their workforce, recruit talent efficiently and reach diversity goals.
Alongside Aneel Bhusri, Fernandez led at Workday from 2014-2023, formerly as EVP global field operations, co-president and co-CEO. During his tenure, Workday grew from $450m to $6bn in revenue. In his new role at Eightfold AI, Fernandez aims to “transform” HR, this time not with cloud as per Workday, but with AI.
