Ernst & Young (EY) has collaborated with Empowered Systems to redefine the approach to governance, risk and compliance solutions (GRC) by incorporating the EmpoweredNEXT platform into the EY technical stack.

The partnership will aim to enhance EY’s suite of tools and enable its services with a customizable, agile and intuitive solution to provide clients with bolstered business performance and resilience.

EmpoweredNEXT platform features low-code/no-code capabilities that democratize the creation and management of GRC processes. Through the alliance, EY will now be able to provide a solution that is scalable, flexible and able to evolve in tandem with the dynamic business and regulatory landscapes faced by organizations today.

Empowered Systems stated that this partnership arrives at a critical time when businesses are navigating increasingly complex regulatory requirements and seeking agility in their operational processes.

“EY is steadfast in its pursuit of innovation that delivers real value to our clients,” said Frank Leenders, partner at EY. “Our collaboration with Empowered Systems and integrating its EmpoweredNEXT platform into our offerings is a testament to this mission.

“It empowers our clients to manage risk, compliance and governance with unparalleled ease and agility, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.”

Alex Robinson, head of business development and partnerships at Empowered Systems, also commented on the announcement: “This partnership reflects our shared commitment to driving the future of GRC management through innovative solutions.”

“Together, we are setting a new standard for operational excellence, ensuring that businesses are not only prepared for the challenges of today but are also future-proofed against the uncertainties of tomorrow,” he added.

EY also recently announced its alliance with MoneyGram Haas F1 team to implement its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solution. The mandate will involve the configuration and development of Microsoft Dynamics using the EY Rapid Foundation service, a pre-built Microsoft Dynamics solution with leading practice processes that will accelerate the deployment of the solution.
