IFS has acquired Clevest Solution Inc, a Vancouver-based software vendor that focusses on mobile workforce management for utilities companies, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition extends IFS’ leadership in service management solution as it aims to intensify its focus on driving service experience. Clevest brings utilities domain expertise and a large number of blue-chip companies into IFS’ portfolio.
