Cloud ERP provider Infor has updated its CloudSuite portfolio to add process mining, ESG capabilities and a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) assistant to its industry-specific suite of products.

The updated portfolio was launched during the 2024 Infor Velocity Summit in Las Vegas. These new features add value to Infor’s multi-tenant CloudSuite tech stack, which offers industry-specific out-of-the-box capabilities, automation, AI, and machine learning as pre-configured solutions.

The updated suite includes:

  • GenAI assistant to help users convert conversations into clear business goals or tasks and additional embedded experiences. Industry-centric data addresses time-consuming tasks like managing projects, analyzing requisitions and tracking products.
  • Enhanced process mining capabilities for faster visibility into business processes, streamlined data definitions, simplified export and import capabilities, efficient data loading, and better retrieval and analysis of insights.
  • Assistance for customers to stay up to date with new compliance regulations through new modules for ESG strategy management and execution.
  • Industry-specific supply chain management enhancements to help improve accuracy, reduce manual intervention and speed up the time to value.

During the unveiling, Soma Somasundaram, president and CTO of Infor said, “With each release, we increase the volume of pre-built experiences that harness the power of transformative technologies. For example, with embedded process mining capabilities, customers can quickly examine process efficiencies, optimize, and automate with minimal disruption to business operations.”

Infor’s Velocity Summit is being held in Las Vegas from October 1 through October 2, 2024, and in Amsterdam on October 22-23.
