PwC has entered into an alliance with ContractPodAi, allowing the firm to offer a cutting edge AI-powered legal contract management platform.
The alliance is part of PwC UK’s technology-driven strategic plan to reframe the way traditional tax, legal and people services are delivered.
The announcement follows a number of strategic acquisitions and alliances, including the most recent with OpenAI backed firm, Harvey. This alliance demonstrates PwC’s continued investment in market-leading platforms, data driven AI backed services and technology capabilities as part of the company’s strategy to transform and reinvent the way its services are delivered to provide increased value and insights.
Additionally, the alliance accelerates PwC’s managed legal services technology and enables PwC’s legal business solutions team to standardize the end-to-end contract process, automate the processes before and after a contract is signed, measure the success of contracts, collaborate on documents in real-time and simplify the process of personalizing contracts. ContactPodAi’s new AI assistant, ‘Leah’ will also be included as part of the deal.
