As part of the collaboration, the companies will create AI-enabled solutions and use cases that can enhance an organization’s investment in SAP technology by improving business performance and employee productivity, in turn improving time to value with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Accenture will also expand its SAP Business AI technology and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) capabilities to help clients power critical business processes in the cloud and enhance the way enterprise users interact with SAP applications.

Enterprises looking to leverage SAP’s GenAI copilot, Joule, will be supported by Accenture to “take the SAP software experience to the next level” by changing how business decisions are made.

Accenture will explore new solutions and use cases such as leveraging GenAI to help accelerate the transition from legacy SAP ERP Central Component to SAP S/4HANA Cloud by auto-generating code, documentation and test scripts, among others.

Accenture also said it is working with a global life sciences company to trial a GenAI-based chatbot that is integrated with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and can provide users with access to training videos, processes and documents with the ability to translate these materials into several languages.
