Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OpsRamp, an IT operations management (ITOM) company headquartered in California. Expanding HPE GreenLake capabilities, the move will reduce the operational complexity of multi-vendor and multi-cloud IT environments.
