Tech Mahindra has announced the launch of its new business unit, Navixus, within the company’s Business Process Services (BPS).
Navixus will combine Tech Mahindra’s Business Process Services’ automation, analytics and consulting capabilities with Eventus’ customer experience (CX) and transformation capabilities to offer a holistic digital transformation offering to customers.
Recently acquired by Tech Mahindra, Eventus Solutions Group helps enterprise-level companies solve complex customer experience and contact center issues and equips firms with the tools and strategies to meet the needs of their customers. This acquisition aims to enhance Tech Mahindra’s consulting-led front-office solutions and boost the company in moving up as a valuable BPS partner.
Navixus offers a suite of expanded and enhanced capabilities which include consulting, operational excellence, intelligent automation, GenAI and CX technologies. The new business unit will also provide Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), advanced analytics and managed services and will guide customers from optimization to transformation.
Navixus will also assist businesses in addressing challenges that arise from heightened customer expectations, omnichannel interactions, budget constraints and inefficient processes across industries.
