The latest version, LYDIA 9 Voice Browser, is compatible with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver, offering reliable integration and enhanced performance through a standardized design.

EPG has expanded the LYDIA Voice Demo App for Android, allowing users to experience the advantages of voice command technology, such as speed and volume control, in a user-friendly manner.

LYDIA Voice, an offering from SAP partner Ehrhardt Partner Group (EPG), has been on tour, with its next stop on the road being the Logistik & Transport-Svenska Mässan exhibition and conference from 24 – 25 November. Here attendees can find out more about the pick-by-voice solution that has the SAP stamp of approval.

At the sound of the user’s voice, LYDIA Voice is activated, maximizing security, boosting employee satisfaction and streamline processes. Its deep neural network technology “revolutionizes voice recognition and eliminates the need for traditional, time-consuming voice-template training”.

At the beginning of the year, EPG announced that LYDIA 9 Voice Broswer had received recertification from SAP for integration with SAP S/4HANA and with SAP NetWeaver.

LYDIA 9 Voice Browser is compatible with many SAP modules, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management rapid deployment solution. Customers are said to benefit more from enhanced performance than with other integration methods due to its “standardized design and simple system maintenance”. Users have the choice to implement modifications and upgrades flexibly and reliably.

LYDIA Voice is completely voice-controlled, allowing the user to be hands-free in warehouse picking operations. EPG expanded its free sampling app, LYDIA Voice Demo App, to allow users to explore advantages exclusively by voice command, including speed and volume percentages, on-off microphone switch by voice and battery level.

Tim Just, CEO voice solutions, EPG, said: “The key to the success of LYDIA Voice is that you’re ready to start work as soon as you make your very first voice command. What better way for us to demonstrate its simplicity to potential new users than via our free Lydia Voice Demo App?

“It offers all of the multilanguage recognition and no-touch voice command benefits of LYDIA Voice 9 and is therefore a great way to sample for yourself the benefits of the technology in the comfort of your own time and setting.”

The LYDIA Voice Demo App is available for download to Android users on the Google Play store.
