Acumatica, a Kirkland-based cutting-edge cloud ERP provider, was named one of ‘Washington’s best companies to work for’, as detailed in the latest issue of Seattle Business Magazine. The annual program identifies, recognizes and honors employers across Washington state that excel at creating positive workplace cultures despite labor market changes.

The magazine’s partner, Best Companies Group, surveyed employees from companies throughout the state as part of the evaluation process, focusing on each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and employee experience. Acumatica achieved a strong score of 95 percent.

Acumatica particularly excelled in several areas to earn its position as a best company to work for in Washington. 100 percent of employees surveyed have confidence in Acumatica’s leadership, understand the importance of their role in the company’s success. and are very satisfied with Acumatica. Overall, the company scored highly in employee experience as a vast majority believed Acumatica enables a culture of diversity and that company leaders encourage employees with career progression.
