The first bundle in the offering is ‘Dedicated Experts’, featuring staff on-hand to provide any level of support on a daily basis, allowing organizations to allow internal staff to place their focus on more “strategic initiatives”.

With its “human touch”, the offering is suitable for companies looking to reduce costs or employ permanent staff and includes the following: 

  • Total control over time zones and work shifts to ensure easy communication with global teams
  • Bundled onsite, offsite (US) and offshore staff
  • Fixed price or T&M, billed monthly

Meanwhile, the ‘Shared Service Model’ is a service delivery model that offers support and maintenance services of enterprise applications to multiple customers delivered by a common pool of consultants working around the clock.

The bundle allows customers to build a US or global team, with team members shared across multiple clients for cost control purposes. Its flexibility allows for the scaling up and/or down of teams.

In addition, it can implement a fixed number of hours for multiple support areas and carry forward unused hours for three months. It typically offers a fixed price, which is billed monthly.

The third bundle featured is ‘On Demand’, which allows customers to utilize expert skills as and when required on a pay-per-use basis. This bundle is said to be suitable for specialized requirements/niche skills and is contracted on an hourly or project basis when required, to suit the organization’s needs.
