Enterprise cloud provider and industrial AI software specialist, IFS, has announced that global leader in pest control and hygiene solutions, Anticimex Sweden, will implement IFS Cloud to enhance service operations and improve the customer experience.
Part of the Anticimex Group established in Sweden in 1934, Anticimex Sweden is a leading global expert in pest control and related services that helps transition the industry from reactive to preventive pest control through digitally-enhanced, environmentally friendly solutions.
Anticimex, building on an already-established partnership with IFS lasting 25 years, chose IFS Cloud as part of its strategic transition of preventative pest control. Anticimex’s goal is to use the updated platform to standardize service processes while providing scalability capabilities for future growth and long-term sustainability through increased digitization.

This new implementation of IFS Cloud comes after successfully integrating the IFS’ Planning Scheduling and Optimization (PSO) solution in 2019. Anticimex says a key factor to upgrading to IFS Cloud was the opportunity to leverage the latest Industrial AI-driven PSO capabilities within the platform.
Combining IFS Cloud capabilities with the Mobile Work Order app and Advanced Forms, Anticimex hopes to continue its service optimization journey – aiming to enhance efficiency through faster response times, simplified operations and improved customer service.
Outside of field service improvements, IFS Cloud will help support critical business functions like finance and supply chain. Once the platform is fully implemented, the addition of IFS Customer Engagement and IFS Advanced Forms can enable Anticimex to enhance customer service by streamlining other operations without the need for heavy customizations.
“IFS’s deep understanding of our industry sector and its ability to provide solutions tailored to our precise needs has been key to our long-standing partnership,” said Alexander Storckenfeldt, CEO of Anticimex Sweden.
“By moving to IFS Cloud,” Storckenfeldt continued, “we will be able to continue developing our company. This technical upgrade provides opportunities to further improve our customer journey, so we can deliver the best service and expert knowledge to our customers”.
“In addition, it also enables us to continue developing the functionality and user interface, simplifying the work for our employees and making our internal processes more efficient. Finally, the upgrade will strengthen our business in the long run and improve the quality of the services we deliver to our customers”.
