Doozy Solutions announced on June 16 the launch of Crafted ERP Mobile, an iOS and Android app that extends its cloud-based Crafted ERP platform to distillery warehouse and production teams. Crafted ERP Mobile is designed for craft spirits producers managing barrel aging programs, giving production and warehouse teams mobile access to barrel data, movement tracking, receiving, reservations, and production calculations at the point of work.
The app is available through Crafted ERP’s Barrel Ultra program and marks Doozy Solutions’ first mobile-enabled product. Crafted ERP is built in Oracle NetSuite and serves beverage alcohol producers across categories including breweries, wineries, distilleries, RTD brands, and multi-category producers.
“Crafted ERP Mobile gives distilleries the tools to protect their most valuable assets, make confident aging decisions, and run their best barrel program,” said Jeremy King, CEO and co-founder of Doozy Solutions.
ERP Moves Closer to Production Work
The launch extends ERP functionality beyond the desktop and into the physical production environment.
Crafted ERP Mobile reportedly allows distillery teams to enter real-time barrel data, track movements, receive barrels, reserve barrels for specific workflows, and view information such as valuation, location, and aging distribution from a mobile device.
Per the product page, the app includes a barrel locator, mobile barrel transfers, barrel lifecycle tracking, a barrel map, and a distilling calculator for proofing, yield, volume, and packaging math. Those are not generic mobile ERP tasks. They reflect the way distilleries manage aging assets, inventory, production decisions, and compliance-sensitive records across warehouses and rickhouses.
The app also supports offline work. Many features can operate without Wi-Fi and sync automatically with ERP data when a connection returns. That capability is important for distillery teams working in remote rickhouses where reliable connectivity is not guaranteed.
Analysis
What this means: Production teams need ERP at the point of work. Crafted ERP Mobile shows how industry ERP vendors are moving beyond office users to support the teams handling physical inventory, production assets, and compliance-sensitive activity. For ERP leaders, mobile access matters most when it captures operational data at the point where work actually happens.
Mobile Access Reduces License Friction
Doozy Solutions is also positioning the mobile app around cost and access control.
Warehouse and production staff can use Crafted ERP Mobile without a full Crafted ERP or NetSuite user license. That gives floor teams the ability to capture data and manage barrel activity without extending full ERP seats to every operational user.
For beverage producers, that is a practical distinction. Many ERP programs struggle when operational data still has to move from paper, spreadsheets, or supervisor-entered notes into the core system. Mobile access at the point of work can reduce lag between physical activity and system records without giving every user broader access than they need.
It also supports cleaner inventory and compliance data. Barrel moves, receiving activity, lot history, proofing, blending, and packaging calculations all affect downstream reporting, cost visibility, and operational decisions.
Analysis
What this means: License models can either accelerate or block adoption. Allowing warehouse and production staff to use the mobile app without full Crafted ERP or NetSuite seats reduces the friction of putting ERP access in more hands. For transformation teams, mobile rollout depends on data access, role scope, offline capability, and cost structure as much as the app experience itself.

Barrel Management Is the Starting Point
Doozy Solutions said barrel management is the first chapter for Crafted ERP Mobile.
King said the company plans to expand mobile capabilities and extend the experience across other beverage categories. That gives the launch a broader product direction beyond distilleries, even though the first use case is focused on barrel aging and spirits production.
The direction fits a wider ERP trend. Industry-specific ERP vendors are moving more functionality to the point of work, especially in environments where operators, warehouse staff, and production teams need to capture data as activity happens.
For distilleries, the value is immediate because barrels are high-value, long-duration assets. Location, age, fill count, previous contents, lot history, and quality decisions all affect inventory valuation, production planning, compliance, and eventual product availability.
Analysis
What this means: Vertical workflows are shaping ERP mobility. Doozy Solutions is not launching a generic mobile approval app; it is targeting barrel lifecycle tracking, rickhouse movement, proofing math, and production-floor data entry. For software vendors and buyers, mobile ERP value increases when the app reflects the industry’s operating model rather than simply shrinking desktop screens.
