Key Takeaways

Deloitte is expanding its global Generative AI incubator network to regional hubs in multiple countries, enabling clients to effectively explore and implement GenAI solutions tailored to local market needs.

A recent survey indicates that while 80% of business leaders believe GenAI will significantly transform their organizations, only 8% feel well-prepared to integrate it into their business strategies, highlighting a gap in readiness.

Deloitte aims to support organizations at every stage of their GenAI journey through initiatives like the Deloitte AI Academy and Institute, with the goal of training over 120,000 professionals and facilitating the adoption of advanced GenAI technologies.

Deloitte has announced the expansion of its global Generative AI incubator network to provide clients with regional capabilities to better explore, scale and build GenAI solutions for accelerated business growth.

The network will include regional hubs in the US, Canada, India, Egypt, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal and Romania, allowing clients to experiment and innovate with GenAI technology to stay agile and competitive in their local markets.

Supported by Deloitte’s relationships with leading software, hardware and cloud vendors, the GenAI incubator network promises to offer clients a safe and tested mechanism to address specific market needs while further deploying GenAI solutions with built-in trustworthy guardrails across their organizations.

Deloitte stated that the growth of the GenAI incubator network comes as business leaders across industries increase their focus on the technology.

Deloitte’s recent State of Generative AI in the Enterprise survey found that while almost 80 percent of business leaders globally expect the technology to drive substantial transformation within their organization and industry over the next three years, only 8 percent of them feel “very highly” prepared for GenAI’s incorporation into business strategy.

“Many organizations are struggling to gain momentum with GenAI,” said Stacy Janiak, deputy CEO at Deloitte Global. “Recognizing the incredible potential these powerful solutions have to differentiate their businesses and drive new value, clients need access to the right tools and experiences to define their GenAI ambitions and turn them into reality.

“Our incubators help address those business challenges, providing end-to-end capabilities for understanding and exploring what is possible with GenAI […]”.

Additionally, Deloitte shared that it is going to continue the mission of supporting organizations at each stage of their journey through the Deloitte AI Academy and the Deloitte AI Institute.

By training more than 120,000 professionals on GenAI and sharing industry-leading knowledge, the company will help uncover cutting-edge technologies around GenAI. It will also aim to enhance productivity and efficiency, drive growth, innovation, discovery and insights and deliver transformational client impact.
