ERP Today’s Robert Holland sat down with Sandrine Pons, Managing Director of SNP France and General Manager of SNP Iberia and BeNeLux at SNP Transformation World, to talk about the unique challenges faced by the customers in the regions she manages and her experiences and successes as a woman in the technology field. In addition, Pons also talked about the intersection of technology and environmental, social, and governance goals as organizations try and steer towards a more sustainable future.
Pons emphasized the need to be customer first from a strategy perspective as well as facilitating conversations between customers as a way of initiating success. Over time this has led to a greater number of customers positioning SNP as mandatory to work with.
When Pons first started working in the industry, she often found that she was the only woman and that those she worked with often wanted them to think like they did. However, Pons recommends staying true to your goals and ideals as well as finding good mentors and advisors.
