IFS Cloud upgrades to unleash automation

As announced at IFS Unleashed 2022, the October release of IFS Cloud is now in general availability. The platform upgrade focuses on enabling organizations through intelligent insight and the acceleration of automation efforts.

The new enhancements from IFS come with a view to support end-to-end process automation and advanced analytics capabilities that will impact the organization across functions. With 340 new features and advancements, IFS customers will be able to accelerate their journey to digitalization.

Upgraded capabilities allow customers to gain a faster understanding of challenges across the business, transform operations, work more efficiently, and increase productivity. Intelligent analytics allow for faster time-to-insight and improved predictive capabilities which support planning and will reduce downtime.

Additionally, the October release of IFS Cloud supports a range of business intelligence capabilities to drive faster and more accurate decision-making processes. New automation features include: a new cash planning analysis model, a Streamlined Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and a simplified expense submission and reporting process for Human Capital Management (HMC).

IFS Cloud October 2022 also offers enhanced request management for order processing, improved accuracy through AI, and better workflows for mobile workers to take lidar-based measurements on mobile devices.
