Infor has announced its new Infor Talent Empowerment solution, the company’s attempt to help organizations personalize career mobility at work. 

With Talent Empowerment, Infor aims to improve employee retention and engagement by creating personalized career paths for each individual in the organization. With the past few years of elevated attrition rates meaning that employee retention is being prioritized, the solution aims to help show employees the skills that they possess, and aid them in envisioning their future career growth. 

Infor’s behavioral assessment Talent Science offering meanwhile intends to enable organizations to go beyond conventional career journeys to ensure each individual has a career plan that is suited to themselves.
