Juniper Networks has partnered with Oracle Cloud to advance sales and operations planning to improve customer service and reduce inventory costs.
Juniper Networks provides networking and cybersecurity solutions to airlines and other customers. In 2016, Juniper began migrating its supply chain operations from legacy systems to the Oracle Cloud. Since moving to Oracle Cloud, Juniper Network’s lead time attainment has increased by 55 percent with its inventory cost reduced by 15 percent.
Mitch Haynes, vice president of supply chain planning at Juniper Networks said: “We were really drawn to the commitment that Oracle Management had for us to be successful. We could easily move from demand to supply, and have that circle completed in the sales and operations planning cycle.”
