Fiona Martin, the former KPMG exec and Oracle ecosystem stalwart, has joined Inoapps as managing director for EMEA. Martin has 25 year’s experience in the IT industry including time spent as a board director for UKOUG and as a member of the Oracle UK Partner Advisory Board.
According to a press release, Martin’s main focus will be on driving Inoapps’ presence across the European market, providing local leadership to the regional offices and executing the Inoapps growth strategy throughout EMEA. She will also oversee a significant increase in Inoapps’ global applications business, directing substantial investments aimed at customer growth.
Inoapps recently announced a significant recap with outgoing backers, BGF, realising 4.5x on their initial investment and new backers, Abry Partners, taking joint control of the business alongside founder and CEO, Andy Bird. Since 2021, Inoapps has doubled equivalent revenue compared to FY2021 and it has also seen 70 percent employee growth globally, launched a new Indian operation and secured its largest ever global contract win. The appointment of Fiona Martin – who has favoured an SVP role with Inoapps over a partner role at KPMG – is further testament to firm’s ambitious growth plans.
Andy Bird, CEO Inoapps said: “Fiona has achieved an incredible career in the Oracle ecosystem and as we build on our recent investment from Abry partners, there is no one I can think of that is better placed to help our clients on their digital transformation journeys and head our aspiration to become the biggest Oracle partner in the world.”
Commenting on her appointment, Martin said: “The remarkable growth of Inoapps has been down to their recognition of the importance of outcomes and the value that customers can realise from their Oracle investments. My approach will be to truly understand this strong and varied customer base and assess the opportunities presented by the incredible skillsets within Inoapps as the basis of our relationship with Oracle.”
A dedicated Francophile and lover of cricket, Martin will also look to bring her passion for coaching and mentoring junior talent to Inoapps. “Inoapps has a clear commitment to nurturing new talent and I owe much of my success to mentors that counselled and guided my development within the technology industry. I am excited to pay that forward within Inoapps, as part of our drive for growth,” she said.
