Sage has acquired two of its partners in France: the cloud migration and hosting business of Moovin’Cloud (MIC) and WholeHelp, the company behind the AI Studio application platform. Sage announced the MIC deal and the WholeHelp deal on October 5, 2026.
MIC moves Sage software onto Microsoft Azure, and AI Studio adds applications and workflows around Sage products. Both platforms are already in use with Sage customers and partners in France, and Sage says existing customers of each can continue as before.
Moovin’Cloud Hosts Existing Sage Products on Azure
MIC runs a proprietary orchestration platform that automates the deployment and hosting of supported Sage products on Microsoft Azure. It covers Sage 100, Sage 50, Batigest, and Génération Expert. Sage describes the automation as replacing manual infrastructure work and giving customers and partners a simpler, more predictable migration process.
Sage puts deployment of a cloud-hosted environment at as little as 30 minutes, and the platform currently supports approximately 5,600 customer environments in France. Customers keep the Sage product they already use and change where it runs.
MIC has worked alongside Sage and its partners for four years. “From the start, our ambition was simple: remove the complexity that prevents businesses from making the move to the cloud,” said Vincent Martin, co-founder of MIC. Sage plans further investment in the platform and closer integration with Sage products, and has no additional markets to announce.
WholeHelp Adds an AI Application Layer
WholeHelp, founded in France, began as a technical digital agency and has focused exclusively on AI Studio since 2025. The platform launched through its Sage partnership in June 2026, and Sage sells it as Sage 100 Experience Edition.
AI Studio runs on top of existing Sage products through APIs, so customers keep their current systems and add web applications, automated workflows, and new ways of interacting with business information. It creates applications from requirements written in natural language, and Sage says customers can go from a business requirement to a tailored application in hours.
“Businesses want AI that addresses practical challenges and delivers value within the way they already work,” said Arnaud Petit, Managing Director, Sage Southern Europe. Existing AI Studio customers see no immediate change, and their applications and automations run as they do today.
Both Deals Follow Earlier Acquisitions in France
In January 2026 Sage bought Akao, a digital invoicing specialist whose products were designed natively around Sage 100 and Sage FRP 1000. Previously, Sage bought Infineo in September 2024, a Sage partner whose reporting and business intelligence tools were already integrated with Sage Active, Sage 100, and other Sage products.
Sage 100 runs through each purchase: Infineo and Akao work with it, MIC hosts it on Azure, and AI Studio is the platform behind its Experience Edition.
Each company was already connected to Sage environments in France, and Sage now owns the reporting, invoicing, hosting, and application tools that attach to Sage 100. French businesses on Sage products now draw cloud hosting and AI-built applications from platforms that Sage owns, with the existing product kept in place.
What This Means for ERP Insiders
Partner-built tools are moving into Sage’s portfolio. Infineo, MIC, and WholeHelp were Sage partners before the deals, and Sage now sells AI Studio as Sage 100 Experience Edition. Work done alongside the vendor is becoming part of the vendor’s own product line.
Installed products anchor the cloud and AI plans. Sage presents hosting and AI applications as additions to products customers already run. Hosting covers Sage 100, Sage 50, Batigest, and Génération Expert as they are, and AI Studio connects to existing Sage solutions through APIs.
France is where these capabilities start. Both platforms operate there today, and Sage says it is focused on supporting customers and partners in the cloud across its global markets. Sage will assess wider use of MIC’s capability as integration proceeds.
