Salesforce picks up the Slack with Sales Elevate and CRM app

Salesforce has announced the general availability of Slack Sales Elevate, which integrates Sales Cloud with Slack to create a personalized sales home that centralizes information, simplifies processes and automates administrative tasks.

Built on Slack’s platform and powered by Salesforce data, Slack Sales Elevate will help companies boost productivity and transform the way sales teams work together and win.

Slack Sales Elevate gives sales teams the correct tools and automations, allowing them to keep the entire team aligned on deal movements with instant account updates, close deals faster with AI-powered workflows, focus on what matters most with a personalized sales home and drive efficient processes at scale with best practices.

In addition to this announcement, Salesforce has also revealed the general availability of Starter, an all-in-one CRM app bringing sales, service and marketing capabilities together to help small and growing businesses manage customer relationships, centralize key data and grow more efficiently.

With Starter small businesses can expect to: generate more leads, win more customers and keep customers content thanks to the app’s guided onboarding, reporting templates, pre-built dashboards, unified customer data and built-in AI.
