Wolters Kluwer, an SAP partner, has been recognized as Customers’ Choice in the 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for its Financial Planning Software report.
The report showed that 97 percent of verified end-users of CCH Tagetik are willing to recommend the comprehensive corporate performance management (CPM) platform, based on 47 reviews as of 31 March 2023.
CCH Tagetik is certified ‘powered by SAP HANA.’ Providing the “ultimate” in data processing performance, Wolters Kluwer has combined its CPM platform with SAP HANA’s in-memory technology.
The CPM platform gives users the power to complete all financial processes in a “fraction of the time”. Its S/4HANA Connector also connects to any SAP database and all other source systems.
The 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Financial Planning Software recognizes software vendors based on reviews from verified end-users.
Vendors placed in the upper-right quadrant of the “Voice of the Customer” quadrants are recognized with the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice distinction, denoted with a Customers’ Choice badge. The recognized vendors have to meet or exceed both the market-average Overall Experience and the market-average User Interest and Adoption.
This latest peer-recognition follows Wolters Kluwer’s previous positioning as a Leader in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Financial Planning Software, which evaluated CCH Tagetik Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting software.
CCH Tagetik Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting software handles global customers, with high volumes of users and complex needs, such as advanced analytics, cascading allocations and data integration with third-party source systems.
