Backed by Horizon Capital, this is the second acquisition Sapphire has announced in recent weeks and continues their ‘buy and build’ strategy. Sapphire is the only mid-market SAP shop that sells and implements SAP’s full complement of enterprise solutions – ranging from Business One for small SMEs through to enterprise grade S/4 HANA solutions – and the purchase will help Sapphire deliver its vision to become a leader in the provision of enterprise software applications and digital operating platforms. Sapphire will support Pioneer B1 to significantly grow its operation and to support clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
