Sapphire Systems has acquired UK-based ServiceNow specialist partner, ITOM Solution, in pursuit of its vision to become the main provider of digital operating platforms and support cloud-led digital transformation.
ITOM delivers IT operations management, AiOps, application performance management and IoT cloud services, and works with businesses to turn digital operations into a business advantage.
