The partnership will combine ServiceNow’s low-code workflow platform with the real-time process execution capabilities of the Celonis execution management system (EMS). The companies will jointly deliver solutions to help customers identify and prioritise processes that are suitable for automation, then create digital workflows to optimise those processes for more seamless digital operations.

ServiceNow and Celonis have agreed in principle to form a strategic go-to-market relationship including mutual investments, co-development, marketing, and sales. Celonis also plans to adopt ServiceNow for IT and employee engagement.
