ServiceNow taps Google Cloud’s Amit Zavery as COO

Google Cloud’s Vice President and Head of Platform Amit Zavery has been appointed President, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) by ServiceNow, effective October 28.

Zavery will be responsible for ServiceNow’s products, engineering cloud infrastructure, platform, and user experience in his new role. According to a company statement, he will also head the company’s operations to ensure business innovation and execution.

One of Zavery’s first duties as CPO will be to oversee ServiceNow’s Agentic AI release that is set to become available in November.
