SugarCRM has acquired one of its largest implementation partners, W-Systems, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition allows SugarCRM to expand its ability to meet implementation service demand for its AI-powered sales, marketing and service software. The deal will see 60 additional employees join SugarCRM, including the company’s senior leadership team, and several tools developed by W-Systems.
