The Challenge:
As an innovative company with a history of industry adaptation, GHSP faced the need for accurate and real-time data to drive its rapid growth. Their existing QAD ERP system, heavily customized over time, was becoming cumbersome. Manual reporting and scheduling processes introduced risks of errors. GHSP sought an agile ERP solution to support their global expansion and enable informed decision-making.

The Solution:
GHSP opted to upgrade to QAD Adaptive ERP, setting an ambitious timeline for a global rollout. The implementation covered sites in the US, Mexico, and China. Despite delays in China due to the Coronavirus, the deployment was completed remotely with no business disruption. The upgrade enabled GHSP to automate data transfers through intercompany EDI, reducing manual input and errors, and saving approximately two hours a day per plant.
