The Company: HAPM Magna Seating System (Thailand) Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Hubei Aviation Precision Machinery Technology (HAPM) of China and Magna International of Canada, was established in July 2018. Specializing in automotive seat assemblies and parts, HAPM Magna produces a wide range of products including car seat recliners, glides, transmission shifting forks, and fine blanking parts. The Challenge: HAPM Magna faced an urgent need to establish a new production facility and implement an ERP system within a tight five-month timeframe to meet their delivery commitments to BMW.
