IFS will provide HZI with a modern cloud-based platform, which will accelerate the company’s transformation and digitalization. With IFS’ cloud technology, the company will have complete end-to-end visibility and control to support their expansion strategy to enter new markets and expand on service offerings.

HZI operates in energy from waste and renewable gas. Headquartered in Switzerland and established in 1933, the company has been one of Japan’s largest industrial and engineering firms since 2010, boasting around 1700 employees.

With sustainability at the heart of its operations, HZI helps their clients recover useful materials contained in waste and dispose of non-recyclable waste hygienically and safely, generating renewable energy to reduce the use of raw materials and fossil fuels through state-of-the-art technologies.

IFS Cloud will enable Hitachi Zosen Inova to excel across all areas of the business, remove operational silos and connect teams to deliver best practice, as actioned via the IFS Aurena user interface.

HZI’s IFS implementation will be supported by Arcwide and will be rolled out across 13 countries.
