Polygon International, the European market leader in property damage restoration, has chosen to upgrade its existing ERP solution to IFS Cloud as it looks to digitalize its operations and scale its technology platform to support its strategic growth plans.
By extending Polygon’s partnership with IFS with the purchase of IFS Cloud, the company hopes to implement the solutions to undergo a business transformation and strengthen its market position through organic growth and targeted acquisition.
Once fully implemented, IFS Cloud will have more than 4,000 users at Polygon, all of which spanning 13 countries across Europe, as well as in the US, Canada, and Singapore, with more expected to follow as the company continues to expand its global reach.

Polygon will take advantage of IFS’s finance module to streamline day-to-day operations and give the company full financial data visibility, access accounting and transaction information in real-time, and eliminate manual errors to improve its financial operations and inform accurate decisions. IFS Cloud’s Field Service Management capability will allow Polygon’s service technicians in the field to access customer data and create service reports directly on-site without having to go back to office.
