Inetum has rebranded its Unifii, bringing it under the Inetum name as of October 1, 2024. This change reflects Inetum’s broader strategy to streamline its digital services across the UK, Ireland, India and other growing markets, following the acquisition of Unifii in December 2023.
Unifii, known for its role as an independent ServiceNow Elite Partner, will now operate fully as part of Inetum’s global network, as of October 1st, 2024. The rebranding consolidates Inetum’s ServiceNow proven expertise in delivering integrated large-scale transformations. This includes optimizing and streamlining workflows on the ServiceNow platform for leading companies across various sectors, such as financial services, technology, media and telecommunications, service providers, manufacturing, retail and energy and utilities.

The rebranding will result in more centralized resources for clients. With over 28,000 experts worldwide, including 200 consultants based locally in the UK and Ireland, Inetum is positioned to offer deeper ServiceNow expertise and faster project delivery. Unifii’s strengths in ServiceNow implementations and consulting support will now be bolstered by Inetum’s broader capabilities and global reach.

As an Elite Partner of ServiceNow, Inetum has more than 400 certified consultants, holding over 800 certifications across Technology and Operations Excellence, Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Creator Workflows. Inetum’s ServiceNow division is set to grow significantly over the next four years, with plans to increase its number of certified ServiceNow consultants from 400 to 1,500.
