Inoapps has announced it has won the Business Impact Award UK & Ireland at the 2023 Oracle EMEA Partner Awards, an award that recognizes promising managed services businesses and the positive impact on customer outcomes.

The Oracle Partner Awards were established in 2019 and are meant to celebrate partners who have shown innovation, entrepreneurial success and dedication to customers. The three categories of partner awards showcase how partners have built business impact and delivered customer success across the global Oracle partner ecosystem of systems integrators, technology providers and cloud/managed service providers.

With an Oracle-only focus, the Inoapps Managed Services approach looks to offer a structured and flexible method for the management of its customers’ Oracle estates, seeking to maximize the value from investments. The Inoapps teams in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific deliver managed services across Oracle applications and core technology, both on-premises and in the cloud. The service also offers the flexibility to turn service elements on and off, or up and down, to maintain alignment with users’ changing business demands.

Fiona Martin, chief revenue officer at Inoapps said: “We are incredibly proud to have won this Oracle Partner Award for our Managed Services. It is recognition that our strategy to transform, optimize and innovate our customers’ capabilities, with a structured yet flexible approach, can deliver operational excellence and impressive results.”

Brian McCabe, senior vice president of Global Managed Services at Inoapps commented: “I am delighted for my team. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do, and this award is recognition of their deep Oracle expertise and dedication to this goal. I look forward to working with the team to drive continued expansion across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, using our dynamic Managed Services approach. This combines ITIL and Agile principles for enhanced service outcomes.”
