Google Cloud has announced that Millennium Management, a global alternative investment manager, will provide Millennium portfolio managers with Google Cloud’s cloud infrastructure.
Millennium Management is built on a multi-manager model where investment teams operate with autonomy and are underpinned by a robust technology platform. Millennium also offers portfolio managers a suite of centralized tools and analytics, while providing the technology building blocks for them to develop solutions specifically tailored to their needs and investment approaches.
By having access to Google Cloud’s cloud infrastructure, AI tools such as Vertex AI and data analytics via BigQuery, portfolio managers at Millennium can be enabled to rapidly develop custom technology solutions to solve investment problems across a multi-cloud environment.

In addition to this, the company has also announced a multi-year partnership with McDonald’s Corporation to connect Google Cloud technology across thousands of its restaurants around the globe.
