Pinnacle, one of the largest resellers of Sage software in the UK and Ireland, has announced the acquisition of K3 Business Technology Group’s Sage business, K3 FDS.

K3 FDS is listed on the London Stock Exchange and provides mission-critical software and cloud solutions.

Pinnacle provides consultancy, training, support, and proactive account management to a customer base of over 1,800 businesses. Its core market focus includes manufacturing, distribution, and business service sectors.

The acquisition is the latest stage of expansion by Pinnacle. Earlier this year, Pinnacle acquired the Sage and IT services business of TMS Scotland.
