Skillnote Corporation announced today that its solution, named Skillnote, is now available on the SAP Store. The offering comes as part of the two firms’ collaborative work to create offerings that meet customers’ specific manufacturing industry requirements.

Leveraging the integration capabilities of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) Skillnote uses SAP Integration Suite to deliver sophisticated competence management capability to its customers as part of SAP’s industry cloud portfolio for industrial manufacturing.

The integration between SAP S/4HANA manufacturing for production engineering and operations (SAP PEO) and Skillnote enables customers to ensure quality and safety by preventing operations by unqualified workers.

The solution will additionally seek to improve the traceability of workers, including a skills and qualification acquisition process and training history. Skillnote will also automatically determine skill proficiency according to work time.

Initially participating in the SAP.iO Foundry Tokyo program in 2019 and as an SAP PartnerEdge partner, Skillnote delivers solutions that aim to simplify customer complexities while reducing risk and accelerating digital transformation in the manufacturing industry.
