Transformation World 2026 · SNP
SNP’s Don Mahoney describes a Kyano platform that has moved from vision to reality. With AI embedded through Kyano Lorna, the suite now spans analytics, transformation and migration, and the post-go-live utilities that keep customers healthy. He frames Lorna as a tireless, always-current expert consultant that removes the waiting from projects — collapsing analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and model updates from hours and days down to minutes — while decisions and authorizations stay firmly in human hands. Integrated CDQ capabilities tackle data quality early and continuously, defusing a “silent killer” of projects.
“In data migration, even 99.9% isn’t enough — you have to balance to the penny. That’s why there’s still a need for a data precision partner.”
Mahoney also unpacks the newly announced Palantir partnership: SNP is the deterministic “data precision partner” inside the large, complex S/4 migrations Palantir accelerates, and a development partner extending SNP’s portfolio — a Test Data Proposal solution was built on Palantir’s platform in under three weeks. Finally, Kyano Oros opens up unstructured data, the roughly 80% of enterprise information living in emails, contracts, and PDFs. In carve-outs, where that documentation can swing 10% of deal value, Oros builds a taxonomy at high accuracy and applies migration rules to unstructured data too.
