Stoddart reinforces market leading position with IFS

IFS has revealed that Stoddart Group, Australia’s leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry, has selected IFS to enable digitisation of job scheduling, automate critical business processes and deliver service excellence.

To strengthen its leading market position and ready the company for accelerated growth, Stoddart Group launched a comprehensive evaluation process to select a service platform to replace legacy business systems. It chose IFS as a partner for its scalability, functionality and intuitive user experience.

Jon Stoddart, governing director of Stoddart Group, said: “IFS will initially be used to digitise the scheduling of jobs, enhance mobility of our workforce and free up critical resources. The IFS platform will give us the confidence to accelerate growth and continue to create solutions that deliver a better way to build. It is cloud enabled, easy to use on any device, and is relevant for every aspect of our business.”

Andrew Vlachiotis, vice president for APJ ME&A at IFS, added: “We are honoured to be working with Stoddart Group – the often unseen but ever-present backbone in the construction of new homes in Australia. We look forward to a long and successful partnership together, creating value for Stoddart and ensuring a delightful experience for its customers.”

The solution will be delivered using IFS managed cloud services to reduce total cost of ownership and drive faster time to value.
