Deel deals out SAP integration for HR & payroll

Deel is an HR and payroll platform for global teams. It helps companies simplify aspects of managing a workforce, from onboarding, compliance and performance management, to global payroll, HR and immigration support. 

This month Deel announced an integration with SAP designed to allow users to sync their HR and payroll systems in a secure and streamlined way. The integration will let companies work from one source of truth across HR data from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and payroll data from Deel to enable smarter business decisions. 

Customers can activate the integration by securely connecting Deel and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central by registering and authenticating the integration between both platforms with a unique API. 

This will allow data to be sent automatically between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Deel for payroll to be run seamlessly, without the need to switch between platforms.

Triggered onboarding

As a result, companies will instantly be able to trigger employee onboarding, and offboarding as well as compensation changes from within SAP. Additionally the integration can sync core employee data, local payroll fields and bank details in one view. It will also allow users to view time-off requests, sync payslip PDFs, activate one-time payments and run expenses, all within Deel.

The integration is available now for joint businesses using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Deel customers now on SAP Store.
