PwC has acquired London-based innovation consultancy, Pollen8. The deal will give PwC access to Pollen8’s specialist innovation management platform, enhancing its firmwide technology innovation capability.
Founded in 2016, Pollen8 is a platform enabled innovation consultancy focused on strategy, technology and transformational change. The company combines consulting experience with its own SaaS platform to help customers create new solutions, find inefficiencies and embed a culture of innovation. Its client base includes Vodaphone, Oracle UK, GKN and The British Red Cross.
Pollen8’s employees will join PwC’s commercial technology team as part of the acquisition. Other terms have not been disclosed.
