Salesforce has introduced Customer 360 and an expansion of the Flow product suite Flow for Industries.
Both products aim to equip companies with powerful automation and intelligent technologies to drive efficient growth, deliver personalized customer experiences at scale, and provide organizations with low-code tools.
Customer 360 offers end-to-end automation through AI on a low-code, highly scalable platform that connects data across sales, service, marketing, commerce and other areas, so companies can personalize their interactions and drive growth.

An expansion of the Flow for Industries meanwhile will include products in select cloud base licenses which allows for tailor-made automation solutions without extra charging. Salesforce Flow aims to enable businesses to complete more tasks with fewer resources, boost efficiency, and deliver better customer experiences.
