Samsara has been identified in the cohort of 2023 UK Best Workplaces in Tech by Great Place To Work, a global surveyor of workplace culture. One of the 100 winners across the UK in the SME category, it follows Samsara’s similar win after recently receiving a UK Best Workplace for Women certification.
The evaluation for the award is weighted on feedback from employees, and for Samsara, 98 percent of its UK workforce said they are treated fairly, regardless of their age, gender, race or sexual orientation. A majority 96 percent of employees agreed they are proud to work at the company, 94 percent said they can be their true selves at work and 92 percent felt they are making a positive difference to the wider community.
In the UK, Samsara reports providing competitive pay, an employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, paid sabbaticals, family planning and fertility treatment benefits, mental health and professional development coaching, employee resource groups and mentorship programs. The firm credits its continuous employee feedback loop, enabling it to address the needs of its workers quickly and effectively.
