Sapphire has announced the launch of Cloudflex4, a ‘transformation as a service’ portfolio designed to unlock access to secure digital outcomes for existing and new mid-market ERP users.

Cloudflex4 turns traditional perpetual ERP platforms into a SaaS-like experience, enabling users to enjoy the benefits of continual platform and user experience modernization.

Features of Cloudflex4 ERP and Finance include a simple on-ramp for brownfield finance and ERP perpetual software users who can migrate and modernize existing environments to the Cloudflex4 service, coupled with digital services that drive business performance, efficiency, decision-making and productivity. Additionally, secure access to services including cloud-enhanced assurance, security and compliance are guaranteed, as well as seamless consumption of digital credits like application workflows, workflow data and systems integration, data analytics and data science, automation and AI. The solution also has industry-specific options in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and process manufacturing.

Leveraging Sapphire’s partnerships with Infor, SAP and AWS, the first service in the portfolio, Cloudflex4 ERP is powered by SAP Business One, SAP Business Technology Platform and Amazon Web Services. Available immediately on the SAP Business One Platform, the portfolio will be extended with Cloudflex4 Finance for Infor SunSystems, Cloudflex4 Analytics for SAP BPC and Cloudflex4 ERP Enterprise ECC.

The solution also offers lifetime services, including scheduled upgrades to ensure the SAP Business One core ERP is kept up date with the latest major releases.

“Mid-market ERP and Finance users are clamoring for access to cloud-enabled digital capabilities that can augment and enhance their business operations,” said Chris Gabriel, chief strategy officer for Sapphire Systems. “There is a significant installed base of perpetual software users who are unable or do not need to make the immediate shift to native SaaS but who still want to unlock themselves from the perpetual headache of operating, securing and upgrading their own systems and who want to drive operational change through advanced digitization capabilities.”

“Sapphire is now a 100 percent Cloud aligned business across all digital operations platforms across Finance Management, ERP, Asset Management, Service Operations [ITsm/ITOM] and our WIDA Portfolio consisting of Workflow, Integration, Data and Automation ensuring our customers can take a digital journey that is right for their business,” said Vince DeLuca, CEO of Sapphire Systems.
