Unit4 has named tech industry veteran Derek Kudsee as the new Managing Director for its Unit4 Financials by Coda division. The move signals Unit4’s accelerated push to redefine the Office of the CFO with Agentic AI.
According to a statement by Unit4 on September 17, Kudsee brings over 25 years of global experience from leadership roles at industry giants SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft. His extensive background in SaaS, go-to-market strategy, and complex digital transformations is seen as critical for his new mission of steering the Coda product line into the new era of AI-driven financial management.
Kudsee will report to Johan Reventberg, Chief Revenue Officer at Unit 4. He is tasked with shaping the future of the Coda platform.
